Quick Answer
MD Niamul is a web analytics and conversion tracking specialist who builds the data setup that ad budgets depend on. The services cover Google Tag Manager with custom HTML and JavaScript, GA4 and e-commerce tracking, and server-side tracking on Stape. They also cover Conversions APIs for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat and Klaviyo, CRM offline conversions from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho and Pipedrive, third-party checkout tracking, workflow automation, Data Studio and BigQuery dashboards, and Google Consent Mode. Since 2022 he has delivered 850+ projects for 600+ businesses and 15+ agencies.
Key Takeaways
- Tracking is breaking quietly: ad blockers, browser privacy limits and consent rules remove conversions that your ad platforms never see.
- Bad data means bad bidding: Google Ads and Meta optimise on the signals you send, so missing or wrong events cost real money.
- The fix is a system, not a pixel: GTM, GA4, server-side tracking, Conversions APIs and CRM data work best as one setup.
- Revenue beats clicks: sending CRM sales back to the ad platforms lets them bid for customers, not form fills.
- You should be able to read your own data: every project ends with documentation and a walkthrough of the reports.
Introduction Your Marketing Data Is Your Currency
You run Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO. The money goes out every day. But when you open your reports, the numbers do not agree with each other, and none of them agree with your bank account.
That is not bad luck. Ad blockers stop pixels from loading. Safari and other browsers shorten cookie life. Consent banners switch tags off. Forms and checkouts run on other domains your tags cannot see.
If you cannot measure your real return, you are not investing. You are gambling.
I am MD Niamul, and this is a complete overview of the tracking and analytics services I offer through my practice and Digital Soldier Agency, and how each one protects your ad spend.
Why Tracking Breaks in 2026
| Cause | What you see | What fixes it |
|---|---|---|
| Ad blockers and tracking prevention | Fewer conversions in Google Ads and Meta than real sales | Server-side tracking on your own subdomain |
| Short cookie life in browsers | Returning buyers counted as new, lost attribution | First-party cookies set from your own server |
| Consent banners without Consent Mode | Tags fire wrongly or not at all in the EEA and UK | Google Consent Mode v2 connected to your banner |
| Forms, bookings and checkouts on other domains | Leads and sales missing completely | Custom GTM listeners and third-party checkout tracking |
| Sales closing offline or in a CRM | Ads optimise for cheap leads, not customers | Offline conversion uploads from the CRM |

Video Overview
In this video I walk through why tracking is failing, my background and every service: GTM and custom code, GA4 e-commerce, server-side tracking and Conversions APIs, CRM offline conversions, checkouts and automation, dashboards and Consent Mode.
Complete Services Overview
Each service below can be booked on its own, but they are designed to fit together into one reliable measurement system.

1. Google Tag Manager, Custom HTML and JavaScript
GTM is the control room for every tag on your site. I build clean containers with clear naming, triggers that fire only when they should, and a proper data layer.
- Data layer design and tags, triggers and variables for every marketing platform.
- Custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript listeners for iframe forms, popups, booking tools and chat widgets.
- Container audits and clean-ups for agencies that inherited messy setups.
Read why this matters in why you need advanced JavaScript for Google Tag Manager, or check your own container with the free GTM container analyzer.
2. GA4 and E-Commerce Tracking
GA4 is only as good as the events you send it. I set up the full e-commerce journey and lead events with the right parameters, so your reports and audiences make sense.
- Recommended e-commerce events from
view_itemtopurchase, with items, value and currency. - Lead events such as
generate_lead, key events and custom dimensions. - Fixes for missing purchases, duplicate transactions and self-referrals.
See my GA4 tracking specialist page and the case of fixing missing WooCommerce purchases in GA4.

3. Server-Side Tracking with Stape
Server-side GTM moves your tags from the visitor’s browser to a server on your own subdomain. Ad blockers have far less to block, cookies are set as first-party, and you control exactly what data each platform receives.
- Server container setup and hosting on Stape, or Stape EU for EU data residency.
- Custom loader on your own domain and first-party cookies.
- GA4 and Google Ads through the server, with data cleaned before it leaves.
Details are on my server-side tracking service page. Want a quick look at your current setup? Try the free server-side tracking checker.
4. Multi-Channel Conversions APIs
Each ad platform now has a server-to-server API next to its pixel. Sending events both ways, with a shared event ID, recovers conversions the pixel misses without double counting.
- Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Pinterest Conversions API and Snapchat Conversions API.
- Klaviyo events for e-commerce email and SMS flows.
- Better match quality with hashed customer data, sent only with consent.
See my Facebook CAPI specialist and TikTok Events API specialist pages.

5. CRM and Offline Conversion Tracking
For lead generation, the form fill is only the start. The real result is the sale that closes in the CRM days or weeks later. I connect those sales back to the ad platforms.
- Click ID capture (GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID) stored on every lead.
- Offline conversion uploads from HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel and Odoo.
- Deal values sent back to Google Ads for value-based bidding, and CRM stages sent to Meta.
Read my Pipedrive forms-to-won-deals guide, or see the offline conversion tracking services, HubSpot and Salesforce pages.

6. Third-Party Checkouts and Workflow Automation
Many sales happen on pages you do not fully control: Shopify checkout, Stripe payment links, PayPal and other hosted checkouts. I track those purchases with the right value and source, and automate the data flows around them.
- Purchase tracking for Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, GoQuick and ShipRocket checkouts.
- Automations in Zapier, n8n and Make that move leads, sales and stages between tools.
See the third-party checkout conversion tracking services and marketing automation service pages.
7. Data Visualization: Data Studio and BigQuery
Good data should be easy to read. I build dashboards that put ad spend, conversions and revenue in one place, so decisions take minutes, not days.
- Dashboards in Data Studio (the tool Google called Looker Studio until April 2026).
- GA4 BigQuery export and SQL for questions the standard reports cannot answer.
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI views your team actually uses.
See my GA4 reporting and data visualization page, and try the free GA4 BigQuery SQL generator.

8. Google Consent Mode v2 and GDPR
If you have visitors from the EEA or UK, your tags must follow each visitor’s consent choice. I connect your cookie banner to Google Consent Mode v2 so tags behave correctly and Google can model what consent removes.
- Default and update consent states set before any tag fires.
- Banner integration with tools such as Cookiebot, with region rules.
- Testing in GTM Preview and with the free Consent Mode checker.
Example: installing Google Consent Mode v2 on Shopify via GTM. This is technical setup, not legal advice.
How I Work With You
- Discovery call. We meet online and I ask about your business, your funnel and what the numbers should look like.
- Audit. I check what is firing today, what is missing and what is counted twice.
- Tailored plan. You get a clear plan with the events, platforms and tools before anything changes.
- Implementation. I build the setup in GTM, the server container, the CRM and the ad platforms.
- Testing. Every event is checked in Preview, DebugView and each platform’s test tools.
- Documentation and walkthrough. You get written documentation, and I show you how to read your own data.

Free 60-Second Tracking Health Check
Before you book anything, you can check your own website in a minute. Open your site in Chrome, press F12, open the Console tab, paste the code below and press Enter. It only reads the page and sends nothing anywhere.
// 60-second tracking health check by MD Niamul (mdniamul.com)
// Open your website, press F12, go to the Console tab, paste this and press Enter.
// It only reads the page. Nothing is sent anywhere.
(function () {
var w = window, scripts = [].slice.call(document.scripts).map(function (s) { return s.src; }).join(' ');
var gtmIds = Object.keys(w.google_tag_manager || {}).filter(function (k) { return /^GTM-/.test(k); });
var tagIds = Object.keys(w.google_tag_manager || {}).filter(function (k) { return /^(G|AW)-/.test(k); });
var dl = w.dataLayer || [];
var consent = dl.filter(function (e) { return e && e[0] === 'consent'; });
var checks = [
['Google Tag Manager', gtmIds.length ? gtmIds.join(', ') : 'not found'],
['GA4 / Google Ads tags', tagIds.length ? tagIds.join(', ') : 'none detected'],
['dataLayer events', dl.length + ' messages'],
['Consent Mode', consent.length ? consent.map(function (c) { return c[1]; }).join(' → ') : 'no consent commands found'],
['Meta Pixel', typeof w.fbq === 'function' ? 'loaded' : 'not found'],
['TikTok Pixel', w.ttq ? 'loaded' : 'not found'],
['Pinterest Tag', typeof w.pintrk === 'function' ? 'loaded' : 'not found'],
['Snap Pixel', typeof w.snaptr === 'function' ? 'loaded' : 'not found'],
['Klaviyo', w.klaviyo || w._learnq ? 'loaded' : 'not found'],
['Server-side hint', /\/gtm\.js\?id=GTM-/.test(scripts) && !/googletagmanager\.com\/gtm\.js/.test(scripts) ? 'GTM loads from a custom domain' : 'GTM loads from googletagmanager.com (or not found)'],
['Google click ID cookie', /(^|; )_gcl_aw=/.test(document.cookie) ? 'present' : 'not set on this visit']
];
console.table(checks.map(function (c) { return { Check: c[0], Result: c[1] }; }));
})();
You will see a table showing whether GTM, GA4 and Google Ads tags, Consent Mode commands, and the Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap and Klaviyo pixels are present. It also shows whether GTM loads from your own domain, a common sign of server-side tracking, and whether a Google click ID cookie exists. I tested it on a bare page and on a page with every tag present.
A missing item is not always a problem, because some tags only load after consent or on certain pages. Want the full picture? Run the free tracking audit tool.
Who These Services Are For
| You are | Your usual problem | Where I start |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising agency | Client tracking is messy, and reports keep getting questioned | Audit, white-label fixes, documentation |
| D2C or e-commerce brand | Purchases missing in Meta and Google Ads, ROAS looks wrong | GA4 e-commerce, server-side tracking, CAPI |
| Lead generation business | Many leads, few customers, no idea which ads bring buyers | Form tracking, click ID capture, CRM offline uploads |
| SaaS or B2B company | Long sales cycles in HubSpot or Salesforce | CRM stages and deal values back to ads |
Conclusion
Every ad platform is an algorithm, and every algorithm learns from the data you send it. Send it incomplete or wrong data, and it will spend your money on the wrong people.
Your next three moves are clear. First, run the health check above and see what your site really sends. Second, decide which gap costs you most: missing conversions, missing revenue or unreadable reports. Third, fix it with a setup you can trust and understand.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What does a conversion tracking specialist do?
A conversion tracking specialist makes sure every important action, such as a lead, booking or purchase, is measured correctly and sent to your analytics and ad platforms. That includes Google Tag Manager, GA4, ad pixels, server-side tracking, Conversions APIs and CRM data, so your reports and ad bidding run on accurate numbers.
2. Why are my Google Ads and Meta conversions lower than my real sales?
Usually because ad blockers, browser privacy limits and consent settings stop pixels from firing, and because forms and checkouts on other domains are not tracked. Sales that close in a CRM are often never sent back at all. Server-side tracking, Conversions APIs and offline uploads close most of these gaps.
3. What is server-side tracking and do I need it?
Server-side tracking sends your events through a server container on your own subdomain instead of only from the browser. It is harder to block, sets first-party cookies and lets you control what each platform receives. If you spend meaningfully on ads, it usually pays for itself through recovered conversions.
4. Why do you use Stape for server-side GTM?
Stape is a hosting platform built for server-side Google Tag Manager, with custom loaders, ready-made templates and EU hosting options. I am an official Stape partner, so I can set up, monitor and maintain server containers efficiently. You keep full ownership of the container and the account.
5. Which Conversions APIs can you set up?
I set up the Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events API, Pinterest Conversions API and Snapchat Conversions API, plus Klaviyo events for e-commerce flows. Each is sent alongside the browser pixel with a shared event ID, so platforms can deduplicate events and you recover conversions without counting them twice.
6. Can you connect my CRM sales back to Google Ads?
Yes. I capture click IDs such as GCLID on every lead, store them in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel or Odoo, and upload qualified leads and won deals to Google Ads with their values. That lets Google Ads bid for customers and revenue, not just form fills.
7. Do you work with agencies?
Yes. I have worked with 15+ agencies, often behind the scenes. Typical work is auditing and fixing client tracking, building server-side setups, and writing documentation the agency can hand to its client. I communicate directly and professionally, usually in online meetings.
8. What happens after the setup is finished?
Every project ends with written documentation of what was built, which events fire and where to find them. I also walk you through reading your own data in GA4, the ad platforms and the dashboards, so your team understands the numbers and can make decisions without waiting on me.
9. Is Google Consent Mode v2 required?
If you advertise to visitors in the EEA or UK with Google Ads, Google requires consent signals for features such as personalised advertising and remarketing. Consent Mode v2 passes your banner’s choices to Google tags. It is technical setup, not legal advice, so check your own legal obligations too.
10. How do I start working with MD Niamul?
Use the contact page on mdniamul.com to share your website, ad platforms and the problem you see. We then meet online, I ask questions about your business and funnel, and you receive a tailored plan before any setup begins. You can also run the free tracking audit tool first.
